This page describes our calendar of regular events 37th Annual Easter Art Exhibition 2012 - Entry Forms Entries are now invited for the Society's 37th Annual Easter Art Exhibition to be held from Thursday 5 April to Tuesday 10 April 2012 at Panthers Auditorium, Bay Street, Port Macquarie, NSW. Australia. The completed entry form (but NOT the actual works to be exhibited) must be submitted by Friday 9 March with the relevant entry fee. This year's exhibition will include 15 separate sections, including photography and digital art, as well as traditional media. The total value of all prizes available to be awarded this year is $13,000. Artists intending to exhibit their works in the competition must comply with the entry conditions and delivery deadlines for their work to be eligible. PDF versions of the entry form and diary may be downloaded from the links below: Please ensure that you download and print off BOTH documents above, study the diary details and entry conditions, complete the entry form by hand and post it to the address on the form along with your cheque for the entry fee for the sections you are entering. 36th Annual Easter Art Exhibition 2011 - the Winners The winning entries in last year's exhibition may be viewed below. Art Classes for those with Memory Loss The ABC National screened a TV program on 21 February 2010 showcasing the value of these classes for dementia sufferers and their family and carers in Port Macquarie. A recent article on art therapy was also published in the Autumn edition of In-Touch, the quarterly newsletter for members of Alzheimers Australia NSW. Port Macquarie Art Society Market is held every Sunday, from 8.00 am to
1.00 pm in the grounds of heritage Hamilton House, 198 Hastings River
Drive. This is an opportunity to buy fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, cakes,
baby clothes, plants, assorted tools, second hand books, DVDs and CDs and
